THE ENVIRONMENT
BMB MEDICAL takes into account its environmental impacts on the entire life cycle of the product, and on all its services.
ECODESIGN
BMB MEDICAL is concerned about the quality of its products but also about their ecological impact. This is achieved through an upstream eco-design approach. Our products are certified according to the standard 60601-1-9 which specifies the requirements that allow an ecoresponsible design. This compliance has been evaluated and certified by the LCIE laboratory. 100% of our new products will benefit from this eco-design approach.
WASTE
100% of our waste is recycled. We work with our suppliers to reduce waste upstream (no over-packaging, use of recyclable packaging, implementation of multirotation packaging).
TRANSPORT
90% of our national deliveries are made without packaging. Our delivery vehicle is one of the best rated on the market in terms of CO² emissions (Euro VI). All our staff is trained in eco-driving (delivery driver, sales representatives, after-sales technicians).
ENERGY
In order to reduce its energy consumption, BMB MEDICAL is making all its staff aware of eco-gestures and has invested in an RT2012 classified building, equipped in particular with a detection system and autonomous lighting.
